The System

Five components.
One system. Built to last.

We don't sell a workshop. We bring a system to your school — five evidence-based components that work together, implemented by a trainer who knows your context.

Your School's Behavior System COMPONENT 01Self-ControlComposure under challenge COMPONENT 02Rules & ProceduresClear, taught expectations COMPONENT 03RespondingStrategies for challenges COMPONENT 04Classroom EcologyPhysical design & arrangement COMPONENT 05RelationshipsTrust & connection All five components are equally weighted. Together, they form your school's complete behavior system.

Our certified trainers bring the full system to your school — implementing each component across school-wide expectations, classrooms, and individual student plans — with ongoing support from our team.

During my first two years as principal, we had over 300 office referrals and 150 out-of-school suspensions. After implementing these strategies — only two referrals in six weeks.

02

We build a tailored proposal

After a brief call, we'll send you options and pricing matched to your school's specific context — whether that's an on-site visit, a train-the-trainer certification, or virtual delivery.

03

We deliver — and stay with you

Common Questions

What schools ask before getting started.

Don't see your question? Schedule a 15-minute call.

Pricing depends on your group size, scope, and location — which is why we ask for a few details before quoting. Our goal is to give you options that fit your budget, not a one-size-fits-all price. Request a quote and we'll send you a tailored proposal within 24 hours.
We work around your existing PD calendar, not in addition to it. For on-site training, most schools schedule one to two full days. For train-the-trainer certification, the intensive is two days (typically a weekend), with practicum days back at your campus on your own schedule.
On-site training: our master trainer comes to you and delivers content directly to your staff. Best for a high-impact engagement where you want an outside expert in the room. Train-the-trainer: we certify one or more of your own staff members to lead the system internally — so your school owns the expertise. Your certified trainer can onboard new staff and refresh existing staff for two years without bringing us back in.
Absolutely. Schools and districts can pay by PO, and we'll send an invoice. We also accept credit cards and ACH. Just mention your preferred payment method when you reach out.
Our system works alongside PBIS, MTSS, RTI, and restorative practices — it's not a replacement. Where those frameworks tell you what to focus on, our five components tell you how to actually teach the behaviors and respond consistently across every adult in the building. Schools using PBIS find that our approach gives staff the practical, classroom-level tools they were missing.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your school isn't satisfied with the training, we'll make it right — period. We've maintained this commitment for 30+ years because the system works, and we stand behind it.
Yes. Virtual training is live and interactive — not recorded webinars. With breakout rooms, role-play practice, and direct trainer interaction, virtual delivery offers the same content and outcomes as in-person, with no travel for your team.
Yes — and we recommend it for the strongest implementation. Sending a leadership team (principal, instructional coach, lead teacher) creates the buy-in and momentum needed for school-wide rollout. Contact us to discuss group options.
